The new directors will be responsible for building on the momentum of recent sales successes, including the launches of Kit Kat Editions, Aero Caramel and growth of Kit Kat. Both positions have been created as the commercial leadership team is reshaped.
Jones has joined from Kellogg where he was UK sales director, having worked his way up through the company over a period of 18 years.
Marjoram joined Nestlé in August last year as field customer marketing controller, having worked at Walkers Snack Foods as an account manager for the multiples.
Both men will report to commercial director Vince Robinson, who said: “These moves will strengthen Nestlé Rowntree’s selling, customer management and category leadership capabilities.”
