Farmhouse cheesemaker Butlers is to make its TV debut with an ad for its Blacksticks Blue cheese.
The 30-second ad runs for four weeks from 3 October. It carries the strapline ‘A Taste of the Unexpected’ and explores the ‘mysterious’ origins of the Blacksticks brand.
The campaign was a “huge step up” for the brand, said Butlers marketing manager Peter Elvin. “We wanted to make a bold and confident statement to drive growth,” he said.
The ad will be supported by social media and the Butlers website.
