British gourmet macaron and marshmallow patisserie Anges de Sucre has invested in new production facilities to scale up its wholesale offering.

The London-based business, which has a shop in Kensington and sells online, has invested in a “state-of-the-art kitchen” as part of plans to make wholesale account for 40% of its business within the next 12 months. The new structure would enable it to offer retailers its signature range, said founder Reshmi Bennett.
