Copper House Pink

The tipple is made from an unhopped beer and contains six botanicals

Suffolk-based brewer and distiller Adnams has jumped on the pink gin bandwagon with the latest extension to its Copper House gin brand.

Its new 40% tipple is made from an unhopped beer which is distilled to a vodka with “exceptional purity” before being redistilled into gin with six botanicals. Raspberry is then added to create “amazingly vibrant fruity aromas”, said Adnams.

Available from the brand’s online shop, its chain of pubs and Adnams’ own retail outlets from Friday 24 August (rsp: £29.99/70cl).

Adnams ranked just outside of The Grocer’s 100 Biggest Alcohol Brands report in July, having grown sales 30.5% to £18.2m over the last year [Nielsen 52 w/e 21 April 2018].
