Australian wine producer Cabonne is planning a name change and a restructure to assist its expansion plans. It will take the name of its flagship brand to become Reynolds Wines and intends to raise A$22.6m (£8.45m) on the Australian Stock Exchange. The company is also making corporate changes and is looking for a new chief executive. Cabonne's wine ranges Little Boomey, Orange and Handpicked were launched in the UK last year and won listings in most major multiples. European sales manager Neil Bruce said the changes were the latest stage in a transformation from a developer and manager of vineyards to a multi-branded wine company with international distribution. "They will enable us to focus on our core strength of producing and marketing super premium wines," he said. {{DRINKS }}
