Cadbury Schweppes plans to introduce a green-coloured fruit-flavoured version of its 7UP soft drink in the US.

According to New York-based trade journal Beverage Digest the new carbonated soft drink is to be aimed at teenagers and will be called dnL, or 7UP spelled upside down.

The Journal said a spokesman for Cadbury’s US beverage unit, Dr Pepper/Seven Up, declined to comment.
