California's fusion cuisine has provided the inspiration for Discovery Foods' new four-strong range of stir-fry sauces. The company, best known for foods from Mexico and the Americas, said the new sauces were designed to complement the existing ranges and would provide consumers with an entry point into the flavours already available on supermarket shelves. "Our aim is to continue to make it easy for British consumers to broaden their culinary options," said marketing director Paul Vita. The flavours  due to hit shelves next month  are Creamy Cajun Stir Fry with tomato, red pepper and chipotle chilli, Honey & Chilli Stir Fry, a North African-style Spicy Apricot, and Chinese-style Sweet and Sour. All come in 150g foil packages, are suitable for vegetarians and contain no artificial preservatives or flavourings. Rsp: 99p. {{P&P }}
