To coincide with Valentine's Day, Unilever UK will be spreading the word with a new burst of its Flora 'Love Your Heart' TV ads.

The £3.5m push has been designed to educate families about heart health and will focus on the benefits of 'good' fats.

As part of the campaign, limited edition packs will be available instore offering shoppers free heart-shaped ceramic plates and educational leaflets on heart health inside 1kg packs of Flora Original and Flora Light.

The company said that despite the trend towards healthy eating, consumers were still confused when it came to 'good' and 'bad' fats.
