How do you store your leftover beans? Heinz is asking that very question as part of a £3m campaign for the Heinz Beanz Fridge Pack. The humorous ad airs from today and shows the lengths, including a Toby Jug and an egg cup, that people go to to save their beans. It emphasises how the 1kg resealable Fridge Pack, launched in September, enables consumers to store their leftover beans for up to five days. Unlike other Heinz TV ads, no people appear in the commercial just their chosen methods of storage. The campaign would bring new people to baked beans, claimed marketing manager John Alderman.
