Carlsberg Breweries is set to register a 34% jump in first-half operating profit according to a poll of analysts' forecasts, run by Reuters.



For the first-half operating profit is predicted to come in at DKK1.8bn. For the full-year analysts forecast this figure to increase 10% to DKK3.6bn.



However, this is below the Danish brewer's own forecast for the full year which is predicting a 15% increase in operating profit to DKK 3.8bn compared to DKK 3.3bn in 2001.
