A report out today lists the former Masterchef host as the number one top celebrity brand, followed by Antony Worrall Thompson in second place, worth an estimated £48m.
Ainsley Harriott comes in third place with £30m, while the face of Sainsbury’s Jamie Oliver was in sixth place with £8m.
The list compiled by the Radio Times is based on cash made by celebrities from commercial tie-ups but leaves out money made from books, videos and DVDs. And why the queen of catering, Delia Smith was left off the list. Her wealth is estimated at £24m but her brand rating is zero.
