Mount Street Deli opens on 24 May, selling specialist foods and dishes from its private members' clubs, such as Annabel's chocolate cake, Mark's Club Scotch eggs, and grissini, polpetta and pizza from Harry's Bar.
The majority of products on sale will be sourced from the UK and Italy, with Caprice promising to uphold its restaurant's ethics of sourcing rare foods and "meticulously foraged items from around Europe", such as mountain rhododendron honey, culatello prosciutto and fig lonzino.
The deli will have a 16-seater eating area and will be open between 8am and 8pm on weekdays and between 9am and 6pm on weekends. It also plans to serve breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and high tea.
A local delivery service will also run from the store.
"This is an exciting new venture for us as it is our first retail channel within the group, which we hope will cater for the many different food enthusiasts be they club members, residents or simply passers-by," said Caprice CEO Des McDonald.
