Special K is branching into biscuits for the first time as Kellogg’s looks to take the brand beyond its breakfast heartland.

Special K Biscuit Moments launches next month in two flavours - strawberry and blueberry - in boxes of five containing two biscuits per pack (rsp: £1.99).

Kellogg’s is targeting £7.5m worth of incremental sales with Special K Biscuit Moments as it looks to grow Special K snacks from its current £31m to a £100m brand in five years.

Special K Biscuit Moments, which contain 98 calories per two-biscuit serving, will be backed by a £3m marketing drive including TV ads and in-store activity.
