Champagne house Pol Roger has launched an extra dry Champagne aimed at fans of gourmet food.

Pol Roger Pure Brut is a sans dosage Champagne, meaning no sugar is added, and will be available in limited quantities for top restaurants and specialist off-trade retailers, rsp £32.99. It is being launched next week into Harvey Nichols and will be sold exclusively until the end of May and rolled out across the on and off-trades. "Others have moved into the sans dosage sector, but we have arguably produced a more refined product," said company director James Simpson MW.
