Cravendale, which claims to be the UK’s biggest milk brand, has appointed David Cherrie as its brand manager. Cherrie joins from rival Arla where he was brand manager of Lactofree. “Cravendale has been in double-digit growth over the past few years, and I want to ensure that growth rate is maintained so we are not just the second- fastest growing grocery brand, but the fastest,” said Cherrie. Cravendale has also poached Louise Allen as assistant brand manager. She was previously on Arla’s commercial development programme.
