Leaf has revealed new packaging for its Chewits brand and introduced a new, slimmer Chewie in a bid to appeal to older children who like sport.

The updated dragon features on pack to support the brand's Active Lifestyle marketing campaign, which kicks off in April and includes sponsorship of Lancashire Cricket Club and a sports course for kids

"The redesign highlight the fun and active element of the brand," said Chewits commercial director Stuart Lane.

Redesigned packs will go on sale in April, rsp 28p.
