Laundry brand Colour Catcher has embarked on a £1.6m marketing push - the first activity since it was taken over by Vim-owner Spotless last year.
The push, which includes TV and sampling, is the largest investment in the brand since it was launched in the UK five years ago. Further bursts are planned for April, July and September.
The company is also poised to expand the brand, which is worth £2.5m
according to IRI, with a range extension set to hit supermarket shelves later this year.
A smaller scale advertising campaign last year created a 250% uplift in sales, according to the company.
