Costcutter has teamed up with outdoor ad firm Mobile Media to give independents the chance to open new stores with a touch of razzmatazz. Mobile poster vehicles alerting the public to a store opening will be driven through communities and parked at approach roads and car parks of competitors. A spokesman said: "Advans are set to become an integral part of our store opening programme and will work hand in hand with leaflet and local newspaper campaigns to form the basis of a three pronged attack on stimulating local awareness."
