Bond previously worked for the now defunct Food Brokers where she was also marketing manager and was responsible for fmcg trade marketing and the development and implementation of the business's marketing plans and profit growth strategies. She worked on brands such as Chupa Chups, Lindt, Fox's and Lion.
She will be based at the company's UK headquarters in Fareham and will manage the marketing of the core ranges, which include cookies, muffins, shortbreads and fermented goods.
She will focus on working with the technical development team to bring new products to market.
She said: "The company acquired the David Powell brand last year and has huge ambitions to grow in the UK.
