The retailer handed out awards to organisations that had demonstrated excellent customer focus, initiative or levels of service during 2003.
The overall winner was English Village Salads and Yorkshire Fresh Salads, part of the Geest Group, who were honoured for their willingness to adopt best practice and deliver the best service.
Also recognised were strawberry supplier AMS, which took the title for best customer initiative after it introduced locally sourced fruit into 43 Asda stores.
The best supplier initiative was awarded to Evolution Flowers for its role in the Spalding Flower Festival where staff managed to raise £16,000 for local charities.
The best service level award was taken by fresh produce supplier Taypack after it achieved 100% service delivery into Asda depots for six consecutive months.
