Spar wholesaler Capper & Co has implemented a web based messaging system that has transformed communications between head office and the company owned estate. The system, designed by e-solutions specialist BCP, automates the process of downloading product and price file data to stores and uploading EPoS and other data from stores to head office, slashing admin time and costs and improving accuracy. Results have been so impressive, the company is now considering rolling out the technology to its independent Spar retailers, said Capper retail computer services manager Julian Jones. {{NEWS }}
