Coca-Cola Enterprises has put Capri-Sun into cans for the first time to attract impulse sales and older consumers.
Rolling out now, the juice drink will be available in a 250ml slim-line can in two new flavours - Orange Passion and Strawberry Vanilla - formulated to appeal to teenagers’ tastes.
Capri-Sun is currently available in 200ml lunchbox-friendly pouches and only in multipacks.
CCE marketing director Norman Brodie said: “The 250ml slim-can launch allows us to extend the brand into the impulse channel with a format more suitable for the channel’s and consumers’ needs.”
