Fancy finding out how to make your workplace a better place to be - with a bit of help from Sainsbury's chief executive Justin King?

If you do, a new book, Change the World 9 to 5, could be what you need.

Published by We Are What We Do - "a global movement that works to inspire people to use their everyday actions to change the world" - the new book contains tips on how to make the workplace nicer.

It's a sequel to Change The World For a Fiver, which was published two years ago and so impressed King that Sainsbury's bought 20,000 copies to sell in its stores. Sainsbury's has placed an identical order for the new book, which includes this suggestion by King: "Talk face to face to people more - ban e-mails one day each week." At its HQ in London, e-mails are forbidden on Wednesdays.

Sandra Deeble of We

Are What We Do said: "Sainsbury's has been a fantastic supporter of us.

"We are talking to them about collaborations on other exciting initiatives."
