CJ Lang has named Stephen Koral as retail director, with responsibility for company-owned stores. Koral's appointment forms part of a restructuring of the Scottish Spar wholesaler's marketing and sales departments. The shake-up fits into the company's five-year plan to grow store numbers. Under the restructure, Ed Ferguson extends his role of sales director to take responsibility for CJ Lang's marketing department as sales and marketing director. Kenny Thompson replaces Mike Howie as marketing manager. Howie becomes senior area manager for company owned stores. William Nimmo joins as project manager. He was previously a director with Botterill's Convenience Stores. MD David Walker commented: "Spar Scotland is now even better placed to carry out its considerable expansion plans." The company aims to increase company owned stores from 56 to 100 and independents from 330 to 500. {{PEOPLE MOVES }}
