Sir; Supermarkets are alienating core customers by making stores too big and by offering too many non-essential non food items. Not so long ago I enjoyed my weekly trip to my local Sainsbury in Epsom. I knew where everything was and could get round the store quickly. Recently it was expanded and a new layout installed giving prominence to kettles, microwaves, greetings cards etc in aisles front of store. I now dread my weekly shop because the store takes so much longer to get round and categories don't seem to follow a logical layout. Annoyed Epsom {{LETTERS }}
