A raft of CTN and c-stores set to go on the market will not depress property prices, according to estate agent Christie and Co.
Upon completion of its deal to buy T&S, Tesco wants to sell 330 Dillons and Supercigs CTNs.
The Co-operative Group is also widely expected to dispose of some Alldays stores following its acquisition of the chain.

Director Mark Sheehan said: "The convenience market is suddenly very fashionable. Stores that come out will be good opportunities for smaller operators, not impacting on value."
