Iceland has devised a student survival pack containing enough food and toiletries to get freshers through their first two weeks at university. Parents or students living within a 10 mile radius of an Iceland store can order a pack over the phone and opt for a two hour delivery slot. The pack is the brainchild of student Ben Dutton, who came up with the idea while researching students' eating habits during a work placement at the chain. The £40 pack, which contains breakfasts, snacks, drinks and 14 evening meals, as well as essentials such as toilet rolls, is being marketed as a three month trial. If the survival pack catches on, Iceland has said that it will create the facility for students to place orders online. {{NEWS }}
