Marks & Spencer Money, one of the UK's top three retailers of foreign currency, is advertising (page 60) for a head of store sales for Travel Money, its foreign currency bureau. It is seeking a highly talented individual to lead commercial and sales development, supporting and influencing retail in the delivery of bureau de change sales targets and service standards. You will work closely with store managers to drive excellence and consistency in operating and service standards, while improving sales through the monitoring, improving and communicating of best practice. You need a proven record of driving commercial performance and sales, effective negotiation, energy and passion. Experience of selling into multi-site retail in a competitive market place and the ability to influence key stake holders are key.
