Morrisons has completed an impressive hat trick, scooping its third top store award in as many weeks. This week's prize-winning store was the Morrisons store in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, which our shopper said was "a pleasure" for her, even on a busy afternoon.

Our shopper was not able to find all the items that she needed at the Tesco in Eastgate Road in Bristol. Nonetheless, she was so impressed by the store that she said: "I would go out of my way to go back and shop there again." The staff were very helpful to her even during an extremely busy time of day.

Our mystery shopper at the Somerfield store on Stamfordham Road in Newcastle upon Tyne came upon a sign as he was leaving the store that told shoppers the store was closing. The staff were helpful but the store had sold out of many items.

The staff at the Sainsbury's on Warwick Road in Birmingham were not on form when our shopper visited. The store was dirty, the aisles were crowded and only two registers were available for 16 shoppers waiting to pay. Worse still, one member of staff was rude and dismissive when she asked for help.

The Waitrose store in Esher, Surrey, was very clean but cluttered with trolleys when our mystery shopper was there. She also found the staff to be polite and helpful.

Our mystery shopper found that the Asda store in Stowmarket, Suffolk, was clean but cluttered.
