Marks & Spencer have announced that Paul Myners will continue as chairman, possibly staying in the role until the AGM in July 2005. The search for a permanent chairman continues.

Myners will step down from the board of mmO2 and as trustee of the Charities Aid Foundation in order to give sufficient time to the role of chairman.
