Marks & Spencer this week launched its first new look pilot store at Sutton which has been tailored to cater to local demand. It also features the interior catalogue style design ­ unveiled in March ­ with a new colour scheme and store directory, as well as a customer communication post and other new facilities. Alan McWalter, M&S marketing director, said: "The approach is holistic ­ a combination of right products, services and store layout contribute to the overall effect."
