Menzies Distribution and Smiths News have both secured five-year contracts with publisher Trinity Mirror.
Menzies said its contract was worth £150m a year and would run until 2019.
“This renewal is a further step in underpinning our core business,” added MD David McIntosh.
“We now have contracts with six major publishing groups secured through to 2019 and this allows us to build for the future with confidence.”
Smiths News said its contract was worth £143m a year and represented 56% of Trinity Mirror’s distribution business.
“Our longstanding relationship with Trinity Mirror has delivered incremental revenue growth over the past five years as they have outsourced significant regional business to us,” said CEO Mark Cashmore.
“This, coupled with our strong renewal rate, is a clear endorsement of our market-leading proposition.”
