Morrisons has cut the price of more than 2,000 products across categories including grocery, health and beauty, home and leisure.
As part of the price cuts, the retailer has launched a string of 'better than half price' deals, including Princes salmon from £2.35 to £1, Maryland cookies from 78p to 36p and Buitoni spaghetti from 99p to 40p.
It has taken out full-page colour ads in a number of national newspapers to highlight the deals.
