The National Federation of Retail Newsagents has launched a Gold Club for its Drinkslink initiative.

Drinkslink was launched in April to provide the 8,000 members that sell alcohol with advice to help boost profits. The Gold Club will provide promotions, planograms and product information.

"Beers, wines and spirits is a hugely complex category," said national president Parminder Singh.

"Through Drinkslink we have been providing ­members with much needed help and advice to ensure they have the right products displayed to ­maximum advantage."
