Nisa-Today's is on target to have up to 250 stores trading under the Nisa fascia within three years. The group also intends to launch a fascia specifically designed for stores in conservation areas as part of its store development package. Speaking at the group's annual conference in Prague, Nisa-Today's commercial director John Heagney said: "We have a very exciting future with the Nisa fascia stores which have been trading in a most buoyant way. Our store standards are as good as the major multiples'." Nisa has commissioned the IGD to produce "detailed and focused" consumer research into the Nisa fascia branding imagery to help them finetune the offering. "It is absolutely vital in our development of the fascia that we fully preserve the integrity of the consumer image of the Nisa brand," said Heagney. "As soon as we have the critical mass of members with Nisa as their fascia we intend to utilise press, radio and even TV ads to enhance the brand." The group unveiled a raft of product launches and promotions to help members. It is also developing compatible business to business IT systems across the group. {{NEWS }}
