Morrisons is still to reach an agreement on a replacement for outgoing CEO Bob Stott.

Reports suggest that the board of directors failed to decide who should take up the role at a meeting yesterday.

Morrisons had said that it would name Bob Stott's successor by its annual general meeting, which is being held tomorrow.

Reports suggest that there are three candidates on the shortlist for the role - Alliance Unichem CEO Ian Meakins, Marc Bolland from Heineken, and former Tesco executive and CEO of Wal-Mart Germany, David Wild.
