Marks and Spencer is recruiting prisoners and homeless people. Four prisoners in Norwich prison being prepared for re-integration nto the community have been given trial placements. "We have worked with the prison to pick people who have not committed local or retail crimes and we have had no problems with staff or customers," said a spokesman. M&S aims to roll the initiative out across the country if it is successful. M&S is also planning to recruit 600 homeless people from May to fill work placements in 13 stores over the next two years. {{NEWS }}
