Safeway is rebranding up to six of its petrol filling station branches a week to meet a target of 67 Quickshop re-brandings by October.
Thirty three stores have so far been fitted with new signage and shelving units as outlets all over the UK are turned around between closing time on Thursday and the following Tuesday.
Quickshops offer extended opening hours in line with the Safeway they are attached to. If the Safeway closes at 10pm, the Quickshop trades until midnight, usually reopening at 6am.
The 67 stores will stock mainly fresh foods.
