Graham Mackay, chief executive of SAB Miller, received a £2.8m pay package last year, the group’s annual report has revealed.

The report showed that Mackay received a salary of £735,000, together with a bonus of £735,000. A further £220,500 was added to his retirement fund and he also received £81,365 in benefits.

He was also paid more than £1m from a long-term incentive share scheme.
