Safeway: Ramsden back from coal face

Safeway marketing director Roger Ramsden is back at the retailer's head office after spending six months managing the company's High Wycombe supermarket. Ramsden takes on a new role ­ format director. A spokeswoman said his remit was to look at the format of all types of store and presentation of goods across the board. Ramsden was not available for comment as he was "busy settling into his new role". {{NEWS }}
