Sir; Tesco home delivery is getting better but they have still not got it right. I first tried it last autumn, but the ordering process was so slow that I gave up. I was still in fresh produce after an hour and a half! Recently it was much quicker, with a streamlined ordering process. The problems now seem to be delivery and that well known customer service ethos! The earliest delivery date of Sunday for a Thursday order is only just acceptable. What is not acceptable is that they turned up an hour and twenty minutes after the agreed two hour delivery time frame. There was no call to warn us of any delay, and I had to ring to find out where our food was. A very nice lady agreed that the delay was unacceptable and contacted the driver for us. The shopping all came well packed and most of my order was there. Nearly, but not quite right. Liz Lewis Uckfield {{LETTERS }}
