Kevin Styles has been appointed sales and marketing director at drinks retailer First Quench, effective from March 1. Styles, 29, was formerly marketing director for Thomas Cook. Prior to that he held marketing positions at Sainsbury and Thomson. First Quench chief executive David Williams commented: "It's a real coup for First Quench that Kevin is joining us. "Having completed the first phase of restructuring, we have a great opportunity to grow our sales in 2002. "Kevin and his team will be working with suppliers to build brands and drive sales." Styles succeeds Paul Vines, who joined the company on a six-month interim contract and is moving on to pursue personal interests. Vines worked on Christmas campaigns for First Quench brands such as Thresher Wine Shop and Wine Rack. {{PEOPLE MOVES }}
