Chief executive Allan Smith said the format had been a huge success with customers, with fresh produce, meat and wines and spirits performing particularly well.
The two stores will open later this summer at St Martins, Guernsey, and St Peters, Jersey. The 15,000 sq ft store at St Peter’s is half the size of the St Helier outlet while the store at St Martins store measures 12,000 sq ft.
The format mainly sells food, with some electrical products and also a post office, bakery and serveover delis.
