Sir; I am a Nisa-Today's shareholder and, like other members, I've been following the ongoing reports in The Grocer and other press about the merger with Costcutter.
The more I read, the more I worry about the behaviour of the Nisa Members Association and I have spoken to many members who feel the same way.
I haven't made up my mind about the merger yet because I'm waiting for the facts before I do. We all want answers to our questions.
What we don't all want, however, is for the members' assocation to take over and damage our business.
Having a board run by people who carry on like the NMA is not in my best interests at all.
If the NMA took control of Nisa-Today's, I for one would take my £2m business elsewhere. I know of many much bigger members than myself that have already put plans in place to do the same.
