Mars is running a new campaign for its organic Seeds of Change brand that aims to identify three future stars of the organic sector.

The £200,000 campaign dubbed 'Great Flavours, Well Grown' is a hunt for three apprentices who will be funded by Mars to undertake a new work-based diploma in organic horticulture production, followed by a 12-month role at charity Garden Organic.

"We're really proud to support the industry by funding the apprentices and hope they will become stars of the industry," said Seeds of Change brand manager, Lorraine Collier.
