n Women aged 25-34 and 65+ are showing the greatest levels of growth, 25.7% and 24.8% respectively versus last year
n The groups showing the greatest decline in consumption versus last year are females 17-24 and men 24-34, down by -38.9% and -37% respectively
n The core occasion for the consumption of melons is the evening meal. Four out of every 10 melons are consumed at this occasion
n The most popular days for consumption are Monday to Wednesday, accounting for 45.2% of melon consumption
