Cravendale has boosted traffic to its Facebook and Twitter accounts by 32% following the launch of its Free Milk Friday and Active Customer Service campaigns three months ago.

The Arla Foods brand said it had increased its Facebook fans by 6,056 to 26,005 and its Twitter followers by 800 to 3,302.Free Milk Friday allows consumers who engage with the brand on Facebook or Twitter to get a free bottle, while Active Customer Service offers money-off vouchers to consumers who have been critical about the brand.
