DBC Foodservice has launched its first a range of Eblex quality-assured beef and lamb products for foodservice.

The 20-strong line, sold under the company’s DBC label range, includes cuts such as rolled and tied lamb shoulder and sirloin steaks.The products would give DBC’s customers complete confidence in the way the company’s meat was sourced, said DBC commercial director for meats Rob McFarlane. “The range demonstrates DBC’s stance on offering quality-assured meat from British farms.”
