DBC Foodservice has re-launched its own label range of essential catering products. The 'dbc label' range includes 150 product lines from cooking ingredients to prepared salads, sandwich fillings to frozen products and non-food items.

The new label replaces the 'd brand' range, which was launched in 1997. A number of products were reformulated and the range is larger than before.

"With 'dbc label' we have created a range of products that appeal to chefs and ­caterers, delivering consistent quality and profit," said buying director Sue Cronin-Jones.
