Grolsch is set to continue as the fastest growing beer brand in the UK with increased support of £10m. The brand is handled in the UK by Bass and the Dutch brewer Royal Grolsch in a joint venture. General manager David Preston said: "So far this year sales have been growing at 145%. "We want to build the brand's visibility, establish its reputation for high quality and increase consumer access." Most of the budget (£6m) will be spent on television advertising with a new ad coming out in June. There will also be poster support, point of sale and cross promotions.
